Job Title: Senior Proposal Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to lead the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, and pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires.

  • This role will be responsible for managing the creation of compliant and compelling proposal responses to customers in various commercial industries and channel partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality proposal responses and successfully managing competitive proposals.
  • The selected candidate will also have a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Legal, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing of the final response.

  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with SMEs to identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop reusable content templates to enhance efficiency.
