Job Title: Proposal Writer

Our team is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer who can produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead responses to Public Sector (US Government experience is preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, and other responses at the contract program level.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
  • Proactively interact with subject matter experts.
  • Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of proposal writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.
