Job Title: Content Ideation Specialist

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Ideation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ideating and developing large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction that can run across multiple formats and platforms.

About the Role

The Content Ideation Specialist will work closely with our revenue teams to help break down ideas into detailed actionable activities, while maintaining organic exposure for the brands and amplification legs where possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and develop large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction that can run across multiple formats and platforms
  • Help break down ideas into detailed actionable activities, while maintaining organic exposure for the brands and amplification legs where possible
  • Support the revenue teams in selling these initiatives as the go-to 'creative expert'
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have strong creative 'big picture' ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, across audio-visual formats and platforms. You should also have the ability to identify, curate and judge ideas and effective content / creative work. Hands-on exposure to and active consumption of digital content and social media platforms will be a huge strength.
