Investment Analyst - Infrastructure Specialist

Role: We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Investment Team at Neo Asset Management.

Job Description:

As an Investment Analyst, you will conduct in-depth analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, evaluating their alignment with our fund's investment strategy and assessing risks. You will identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities, develop detailed financial models, and prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities, considering nuanced market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate deals and assess their fit into our fund's investment framework.
  • Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with our investment strategy.
  • Develop detailed financial models tailored to the complexities of infrastructure investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, undertake timely reviews, and assess risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell-side environment with a demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances.
  • Qualification – MBA from Tier 1 institutions, CA (Rankers preferred).
