Job Title: Investment Banking Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled investment banking professional to lead transaction management, execute deals, build investor relationships, and conduct sector research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Lead end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Deal Execution: Execute transactions across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Investor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with VCs, PEs, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Pitch Decks and Presentations: Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising.
  • Sector Research: Conduct deep sector analysis (technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI) to identify opportunities.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Deliver impactful presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams for seamless deal structuring and execution.

Requirements:

  • Financial Modelling: Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Corporate Finance: Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
  • Market Research: Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Client Relationship: Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM: MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from Tier-1 B-schools preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory experience with a proven track record.
