Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations.

About this Position

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a specialist in IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows endpoint management and be able to provide technical guidance and support to the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions including Windows endpoint management, network infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on Windows endpoint management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, and Troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
