Corporate Relationship Manager Role

M1Xchange is a leading RBI licensed TReDS platform, enabling thousands of MSMEs to receive payments early and drive business growth. As a Corporate Relationship Manager (CRM) with M1Xchange, you will be responsible for onboarding corporates onto our platform, activating them for transactions, and maintaining relationships to maximize business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain, with expertise in Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development in Financial Services domain. A Graduate degree in Finance/Commerce is required, with a preference for professional degrees like MBA or CA. Digital experience, solutioning skills, and analytical skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Corporates onto the M1Xchange platform, activate them for transactions, and maintain relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maximize throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in your portfolio.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for your respective portfolio, ensuring profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relationship and the portfolio overall.
  • Increase throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields, and other business performance metrics for the assigned geography for all products covered under the Mynd Fintech umbrella.
  • Grow the partner/distribution network and tap into untapped segments/companies/territories for business.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with established targets in terms of revenues & volumes.

  • Team player with strong ability to work with direct, support, and cross-functional teams, as well as stakeholders, to grow business.
  • Ability to drive relationships at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers, partnering with clients to find solutions from our product suite.
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise of partners in the geography to drive partner connections in the defined territory.
