Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales of life insurance business through bank customers at branches across assigned locations.

You will collaborate with Branch Managers to develop and implement business strategies that achieve set targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.

  • You will work closely with branch staff and Bank Relationship Managers to provide support for logging in applications sourced.
  • You will access the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
  • You will build relationships with the Bank Sales/operationsteam to ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.
  • You will identify and meet customers within and outside the Branch as required.
  • You will develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • You will achieve branch RM activation targets.
  • You will work collectively with Bank Sales/operationsteam and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business nos.
  • You will secure commitment from partners towards achievement of business objectives.
