Job Overview

As a strategic account manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through key business relationships.

  • You will collaborate closely with branch managers to develop and implement business strategies that achieve set targets on ANP, case count, active branches, and various KPIs.
  • You will motivate and support branch staff, working jointly with bank RM to provide applications sourced.
  • You will leverage the right databases and ensure authentic documentation.
  • You will build strong relationships with bank sales/operations teams to ensure effective achievement of business targets and productivity targets.
  • You will identify and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • You will develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • You will activate branch RM targets.
  • You will work collectively with bank sales/operations teams and conduct joint sales calls to achieve business numbers.
  • You will seek commitment from partners towards achievement of business objectives.
