Job Description

As a strategic partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to transform and align people agenda and strategies to business objectives. Your focus will be on capability building and performance enablement.

  • Understand regional priorities and field goals to identify HR levers enabling performance.
  • Contribute towards co-creation of HR policies and processes in line with organizational culture and business needs.
  • Partner key stakeholders and business leaders to deliver high efficiency in HR services on a day-to-day basis.
Change Management & New Initiatives

You will design and implement organization development and change management strategies for the region. This includes extending up to implementation and monitoring levels.

  • Work with functional heads to design OD and Change Management strategies for the region.
  • Drive business leadership to influence the team in adopting and implementing change/HR initiatives.
  • Utilize effective engagement activities to communicate change through events and regular training.
IR and Compliance

Guiding and coordinating with plant HR teams on systems and policies is a key responsibility. You will also mentor the plant HR team in line with IR strategy and transform agenda in manufacturing.

Talent Acquisition

Ensuring the right people with the right capabilities are in place is crucial. You will work closely with Talent COE to ensure right external-internal talent mapping.

Talent Management and Employee Engagement

Participating in Regional Leadership Team meetings to address people priorities, action plans, and key updates is essential. You will support business decisions with a view on talent.

Performance & Rewards

Supporting the implementation of employee reward programs like increments, variable pay plans, and performance-linked plans is a key responsibility. You will also oversee the implementation of the Performance Management process.

HR Operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate in HR/ER/Social Sciences.
  • Preferably from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years' experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in leadership roles.
  • Knowledge in Indian Labour Laws with operational experience in IR for manufacturing units.
  • Strong Learning & Development / OD exposure to Support leadership.
  • Sound HR exposure in areas of talent management and development.
