**Order Processing**:

- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline order handling and shipping operations.
- Monitor order metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce processing times.
- **Returns Management**:

- Develop and manage the returns process to ensure a seamless experience for customers returning products.
- Analyze return data to identify trends and potential issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any return-related inquiries or issues.
- **Claims Management**:

- Handle customer claims related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to address and rectify claim-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and resolutions for reporting and analysis.
- **Manpower Management**:

- Supervise and manage a team of e-commerce operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Create and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize order processing, returns, and claims handling.
- Collaborate with other departments to align e-commerce operations with overall business goals.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, returns, and claims.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,379.44 per month
