Experience 10 to 12 Years' Experience in Home Loan Sales

Job Description:

  • Lead the state business across Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan to expand revenue per existing customer.
  • Build the sourcing team for Home Loans- set the goals and budgets for the Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan team in terms of business volume, portfolio size, yield, fees and portfolio quality
  • Driving the performance of the direct sourcing team (primary responsibility) to achieve the goals & budgets and also guiding the branches in matter of Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan.
  • Having regular interactions with the builders, industry participants, associations of builders and peers (Banks & Financial Institutions) to identify potential and opportunities to increase business
  • Guide distribution of cross-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio. Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the product and sales teams
  • Guide the product team in Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
  • Work with business analytics team to identify potential for cross-sell.
