**Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)**

**Location: Vikas Puri, New Delhi**

**Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**

**Distance: Within 10 km radius**

**Competitive salary in the range of INR 15,000 to 22,000. (Negotiable based on interview presentation and experience.)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage calls with current clients & responsible for sales graph.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management team.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
- targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment. Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or software].
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
