
E-commerce Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:
- Drive online sales on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identify new sales opportunities, promotions, and trends to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with category managers and account managers to boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
**Product Listing & Optimization**:
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product pages for better search rankings, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Ensure stock availability and timely updates on all platforms.
**Campaign & Promotion Management**:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals in collaboration with marketplaces.
- Monitor ad campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads) to maximize ROI and improve product ranking.
- Analyze sales performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
**Customer Engagement & Order Management**:
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience by resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Manage return rates and work on strategies to reduce cancellations and negative reviews.
**Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track sales performance, customer behavior, and key marketplace KPIs.
- Generate reports and insights to drive business decisions and improvements.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and new opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,990.39 - ₹32,959.77 per month
