**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **E-commerce MIS Executive** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to extract, analyze, and interpret data from e-commerce marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), generate insightful reports, and assist in business decision-making. The role also involves tracking monthly financial contributions and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy in marketplace transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extract and analyze data from various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track KPIs including sales performance, inventory status, return rates, and customer ratings.
- Conduct monthly contribution analysis to evaluate profitability per product, category, or platform.
- Perform regular reconciliation of orders, payments, commissions, returns, and claims with marketplace reports to ensure accurate financial accounting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor real-time performance metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Track and report campaign performance and promotional effectiveness across different marketplaces.
- Work closely with category, operations, finance, and marketing teams to align on data-driven strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and performance trends using available marketplace tools.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,010.42 - ₹32,947.33 per month
