Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

• We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical infrastructure projects in accordance with USL standards and regulatory codes.
• Estimate costs and develop master plans for site development.
• Review and optimize existing electrical systems to ensure compliance with NBC requirements.
• Manage project execution to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to QAP.
• Identify training needs for reportees and facilitate induction/training delivery through corporate HR.
• Contribute to talent development within the department by providing subordinates with opportunities for growth and exposure.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to fill vacant positions in a timely manner.

Troubleshooting and Kaizen Implementation

• Provide expert troubleshooting services for electrical and instrumentation-related breakdowns.
• Implement Kaizen initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the electrical systems domain.

Requirements

• At least 10-12 years of experience in Electrical Project design, planning, and execution.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure projects, especially in Electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Indian standards and codes in Electrical.
• Hands-on experience in managing engineering consultants and contractors.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
