The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, issuing materials as per project requirements, and updating stock registers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are stored properly.
  • Document all stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.

Additional duties include:

  • Preparation of regular inventory reports for submission to the project manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding stock management.
  • Coordinating with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors for timely material availability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
  • Diploma or graduate degree in any discipline, with certification in inventory management being an asset.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle site requirements efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education.
  • Total work experience of 1 year, preferably in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires on-site work. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
