**Position**: Commis 1 (Bread & Cookies Specialist)

**Location**: Mayapuri

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹20-25,000 per month

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Baking Expertise**:

- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads and cookies as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance of all baked products.
- **Production Management**:

- Assist in scaling and portioning doughs for daily production.
- Follow kitchen schedules to meet production and delivery deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures, timing, and methods as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the bakery’s high standards.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with senior chefs and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- Diploma or certification in Baking, Culinary Arts, or related fields is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in baking bread and cookies.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in various baking techniques, including proofing, shaping, and finishing.
- Knowledge of different types of bread and cookie recipes, ingredients, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills to handle high-volume production.

**Qualities**:

- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
