**About Us**:
Kori's Korean Dining is a specialty Korean restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences. We pride ourselves on quality, tradition, and innovation in Korean cuisine. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking **Commis Chef** to join our kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of Korean dishes (BBQ, stews, banchan, noodles, etc.)
- Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, marinating, grilling, and plating under supervision
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Support in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in good condition
- Learn and develop knowledge of authentic Korean cooking techniques and ingredients

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a commis chef, kitchen assistant, or trainee (experience in Korean/Asian cuisine preferred)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Korean cooking methods
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
