Job Summary

The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic risks and opportunities. They will increase the overall productivity of the partner network by implementing relevant employee training and capturing growth opportunities. The incumbent will maintain fruitful relationships with current partners and establish good relationships with new ones. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies for Insurance products, managing resources and staff, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues. The Franchise Manager will also maintain continuous contact with people involved in investment decisions and acquire leads and source new authorized persons/franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies for Insurance products.
  • Manage resources and staff, develop and attain sales goals, deliver customer service, and grow the location's revenues.
  • Maintain continuous contact with people involved in investment decisions.
  • Acquire leads and source new authorized persons/franchise.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing and increasing volumes across equity and derivative segments.
  • Error-free and smart trade execution, resolve queries and provide solutions in a timely manner, manage risk, maintain margins and balances as per daily carry forward positions.
  • Recommend and discuss trading ideas with clients, which include arranging analyst meets with clients, sharing news, and important developments in particular scrips.
  • Identify client potential and offer services accordingly to maximize business income from Insurance products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related business field.
  • 2+ years experience in managing franchises/channel partners/AP in the BFSI industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
