Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Francorp India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review potential and existing business partners to ensure their strategic and financial fit with the company
  • Market the company's services to prospective business partners
  • Sources, closes new acquisitions, and ensures lighthouse wins
  • Negotiates contract terms and leads partner onboarding
  • Ensures continued growth and profitability by creating long-term acquisition strategies
  • Coaches and mentors the team in acquisition and relationship management
  • Plans, formulates, and implements promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales/Business Development experience
  • Should have worked on partner management for at least 3 years and be comfortable working in a matrix structure
  • Ability to handle several projects, vendors, and contracts simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to solve problems, resolve issues, and work in a fast-paced environment
