Job Opportunity

The Guest Service Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. This requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Managing reservations, maintaining an organized seating plan, and assisting with waiting lists.
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring timely service.
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Handling billing, processing payments, and addressing any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas; assisting in setup and closing activities.
  • Supporting team members and working collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Upholding health, safety, and restaurant operational standards.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional hospitality training being preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure is crucial.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
