Job Title: Guest Services Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. This role is focused on floor service, order taking, guest engagement, and ensuring that all dining interactions reflect our standards of hospitality and excellence.

  • Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
  • Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before, during, and after service
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods
  • Follow our SOPs for service delivery, billing, and table turnover
  • Support the setup and service of private dining experiences and events

This role requires 0-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations. A service-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols are essential. We also value candidates who are presentable and well-groomed, with a calm and confident demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is a must. Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be able to welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely service. They will also maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow our SOPs, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, they will support the setup and service of private dining experiences and events.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks accordingly. Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations is desirable, but not essential.
