About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and a positive attitude.

  • To support the restaurant team in achieving excellent service standards and sales targets.
  • To provide exceptional service to guests, handling their queries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0–2 years' experience in hospitality or a related field (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
