Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To communicate effectively with guests through various channels to provide pre-arrival information and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • To ensure accurate responses to guest queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, and local attractions, providing solutions when necessary.
  • To handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating matters when required.
  • To collaborate with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • To identify opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience, promoting loyalty programs and special offers where relevant.
  • To maintain a database with accurate and up-to-date contact information, preferences, and special requests, analyzing data to inform improvements to the pre-arrival experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and professional information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues, working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
  • Comfortable using technology tools like email, chat systems, and reservation software.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to a positive team culture.
