">We are seeking a skilled User Experience Specialist to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, a forward-thinking mindset, and excellent collaboration skills.
">About the Role:
">The User Experience Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and functional digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who can craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Lead user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine designs.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
">- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
- Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
