We're seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you'll play a vital role in crafting user experiences that exceed expectations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Your primary focus will be designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science. Banking experience is preferable.

You should have expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.

Additionally, you should have experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment and possess a deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, including Apple, Android, Google, and mobile-first concepts.

You should also have advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.

Lastly, you should have experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
