Designing for Sustainability

  • A key member of our team is required to shape the user experience of our innovative SaaS-based products.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual with expertise in UX/UI design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and possess a strong portfolio of professional UI/UX design work.

The selected candidate will be responsible for translating SME requirements into engaging screens, building and maintaining design systems, and presenting design concepts to stakeholders. A thorough understanding of design systems like UI material design, Google material design, etc., is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of SaaS-based products and develop high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team and internal designers to create tailored experiences for digital users, adhering to style standards on typography and design system.
  3. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and their visual layouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Design.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Intermediate to Advance in Figma.

Preferred Skills:

  • Empathy and ability to understand users and develop solutions that solve their problems.
  • Thorough knowledge of tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
