Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on a range of client projects, from concept development to high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, ensuring solutions are centered around the user.
  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Maintaining design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Ensuring all designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client branding and requirements.
  • Working closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.
