Experienced User Interface and User Experience Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the future of communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in translating complex AI-driven security features into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences.
- Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards.
- Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users.
- Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces.
- Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
- Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS).
- Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
- Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms.
