We are currently looking for a strategic and skilled professional to join our team.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions across India and international partner universities. They will require excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a strategic thinker who can strengthen institutional partnerships and support student recruitment efforts.

Institutional Partnership Development

Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleges, schools, and universities.

Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions aligned with company objectives.

Event Planning & Coordination

Organize campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions.

Represent EazyLink and its partner universities during education fairs and institutional meetings.

Internal Coordination

Collaborate closely with counseling, admissions, processing, and marketing teams to support partner engagement.

Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups.

Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.

Knowledge of international education systems is preferred.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams.
