Job Title: Banking Alliance Manager

The primary objective of this role is to build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand the company's products and services.

This involves identifying and assessing potential partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships, negotiating agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, driving growth and new initiatives, and monitoring industry trends.

  • The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach; preferably in the financial services space.

A key requirement for this position is the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions. The individual should be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take the lead. Strong communication skills are essential to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Identifying and assessing potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
    • Negotiating agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborating with the company's product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with the company's business goals.
    • Driving growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify and implement joint opportunities that drive revenue growth for the company's business.
    • Monitoring industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and make informed decisions.

A successful candidate will have a network in the banking and NBFC space, with strong technical knowledge and ability to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
