The role of a Partnerships Specialist involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute co-branded campaigns that enhance our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
- Design and create persuasive proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to effectively communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Facilitate professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
- Utilize AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
