At Zifcare, we are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our fundraising efforts.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced executive with 10-15 years of experience in fundraising and business development within the nonprofit or CSR space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing strategic partnerships and funding opportunities, building lasting trust with funders, and driving mission advancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, managing a robust pipeline of donors and stakeholders, and overseeing communications. They will also lead a high-performing team, establish robust systems for donor relationship management, grant compliance, and reporting, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective development of grant materials and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve annual targets
  • Manage a robust pipeline of donors and stakeholders
  • Oversee communications, including proposals, reports, and campaigns
  • Lead a high-performing team and establish robust systems for donor relationship management, grant compliance, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective development of grant materials and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, business development, and/or leadership within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • Strong track record of securing strategic partnerships, raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, and HNIs, and building lasting trust with funders
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
