Job Summary: As a seasoned Account Relationship Strategist, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and deepen relationships with trusts, associations, societies, clubs, religious institutions, and educational institutions to maintain high-quality accounts.
- Identify prospective customers and convert them into business opportunities through effective relationship-building and communication.
- Strengthen existing portfolios by ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Meet annual business targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market intelligence.
- Regularly review underperforming customers and create action plans for improvement to enhance their overall experience.
- Assess client needs and generate new revenue through cross-selling opportunities by providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships for efficient servicing and superior products.
- Organize marketing events and conferences to engage with new customers and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor process efficiency and provide insights for improvement to optimize business operations.
- Collaborate with the product team to customize products and improve processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of all policies and procedures related to products, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
