Senior Proposal Development Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Senior Proposal Development Specialist is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office. This individual will be part of the Sales Enablement team and will be responsible for managing proposals and enabling wins for key businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality RFP responses for US Wealth business, independently managing production and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to resolve open items during proposal development, review RFPs and client materials to gain complete understanding of client requirements.
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts, assist with the development of templates, improved systems and processes for measuring RFP success.
  • Carry out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content.

What You'll Need:

  • Postgraduate/ Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics preferred, other postgraduate degrees may also be considered.
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment.
  • Experience working as part of bid teams in professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
