Drive Growth with Nutrabay's Product Team
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Nutrabay seeks a highly motivated Product Management Intern to contribute to the development and implementation of retention and acquisition strategies across the customer journey. This role involves working closely with our CRM using tools like MoEngage, focusing on growth initiatives through various channels, including affiliate programs, refer-and-earn campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute retention strategies across CRM channels using MoEngage.
- Enhance customer retention campaigns through targeted segmentation and personalized messaging.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize retention efforts and improve results.
- Contribute to acquisition strategies, such as affiliate modules and refer-and-earn programs to drive user growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition and retention campaigns with company objectives.
- Support the development of user engagement flows to elevate the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- Strong passion for CRM management and customer retention strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as MoEngage (experience an asset).
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of metrics like engagement rate, churn, and LTV.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
