We are seeking a Customer Retention Expert to join our team at Harfun. This role will be responsible for driving customer retention and engagement through effective campaign planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve measurable KPI's
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Tech and Ops teams to formulate and execute the CRM strategy
  • Lead loyalty efforts, understanding and mapping user behaviour (immersions, profiling) piloting and experimenting with the construct and final rollout

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale products
  • Previous work experience with an e-commerce/startup/early-stage company
  • Must have knowledge of Google Analytics, Clevertap, Moengage, Excel

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year
