Customer Retention Expert

We are seeking a Customer Retention Expert to join our team at Harfun. This role will be responsible for driving customer retention and engagement through effective campaign planning and execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve measurable KPI's
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Tech and Ops teams to formulate and execute the CRM strategy
- Lead loyalty efforts, understanding and mapping user behaviour (immersions, profiling) piloting and experimenting with the construct and final rollout
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale products
- Previous work experience with an e-commerce/startup/early-stage company
- Must have knowledge of Google Analytics, Clevertap, Moengage, Excel
**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year
