
Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, business retention, and growth in the Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation.
About the Role:The Business Growth Manager will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to capture these opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, understand client requirements, and design appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Analyse industry product flow processes, manpower productivities, and costs to work around solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Develop process flows, resource mappings, and manpower allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution.
- Derive operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) for projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to gather operational insights and support business development requirements with operational inputs and pricing.
- Analyse historical data to provide flexible solutions that bring cost efficiency to customers.
- Support contract negotiations and finalization of commercials to provide the best possible cost-effective solutions.
- 6+ years of experience in Contract Logistics Domain
- Good understanding of In-plant, yard operations, and warehousing business in multiple industries
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong research & strategic analytical skills
- Ability to analyse complex data to work on solutions
- Market / Business Intelligence
- Detail oriented
- High competency in working with Microsoft Office
