
Senior Business Growth Manager

Drive business growth and lead sales teams to success as a Senior Business Growth Manager.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales professional with expertise in IT services, having worked extensively in India and at least one international market (US or EMEA).
This role involves spearheading the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, while nurturing relationships with CXOs and decision-makers. The selected individual will also develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and build relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in India and US or EMEA markets.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies and execute them effectively.
- Client & Account Management:
- Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership.
- Expand existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and up-selling of services.
- Act as a trusted client partner, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
- Work closely with presales and delivery teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics.
- Provide regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and account status updates to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of proven experience in IT services sales, with a focus on the Indian market and at least one international region (US or EMEA).
- Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Established network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
