- Market Analysis and Feasibility
- Conduct thorough analysis of target markets to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new locations based on factors such as demographics, affordability, and quality of life.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, hubs, and competitive landscapes.
- Supply Chain Development and Execution
- Identify and partner with new suppliers, channels, and logistics providers.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the launch of new centers, ensuring successful execution and profitability.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Meet or exceed targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centers.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- On-Site Insights and Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Gather real-time insights through regular site visits.
- Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration and Compliance
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management.
