We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

This role requires a professional who can build strong relationships with brands, identify new business opportunities, and execute effective outreach strategies. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing brand goals, identifying suitable creators, and executing high-impact campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and pitching influencer marketing services to potential clients.
  • Buidling long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyzing brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators for high-impact campaigns.
  • Executing structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A strong existing network of brand contacts to open doors and fast-track growth.

You should possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, relationship-oriented approach, and results-focused mindset.

This role involves travel to various locations, including Central Line.
