Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated Strategy and Business Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines sales execution with strategic contributions, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in sales but also wants to shape business strategy and drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking to understand their office space requirements.
  • Suggest suitable office space options and coordinate property visits to build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and operator interactions, achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Strategic Contributions
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies for strengthening the company's presence in Mumbai, enhancing lead generation, and improving sales conversions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and directions for digital marketing campaigns and sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
  • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and business development approaches to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi, with confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth initiatives.
