
Learning Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to lead the design, planning, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building learning programs, driving performance and competency development, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive L&D interventions aligned with unit and organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement tailored learning solutions.
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with business units and leaders to co-create effective learning programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning content, as well as evaluate its impact.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and functional leaders on talent development initiatives.
- Support performance management and competency management initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement in L&D programs.
- Oversee administrative tasks for seamless training solution delivery.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on L&D metrics, trends, and outcomes.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning programs.
- Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments.
- Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in L&D.
