Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the management of learning content within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Publishing & Management:
    • Publish and manage learning courses, curricula, and paths within the LMS.
    • Categorize and tag courses for optimal searchability and reporting.
    • Manage course enrollments, prerequisites, and completion requirements.
    • Coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content uploads and testing.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date course catalogs.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to course functionality and user access.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance on all requested content assets.
    • Ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Learning Administration:
    • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform.
    • Monitor learner progress and completion rates across all courses and programs.
    • Analyze learning analytics reports to track engagement and effectiveness.
    • Manage compliance training and automate notifications.
    • Support learners with technical issues and platform navigation.
    • Collaborate with IT and vendors for system maintenance and updates.
    • Maintain accurate learning records and data integrity within the system.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Collaborate with learning teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational objectives.
    • Provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization.
    • Evaluate and implement new learning technologies and integrations.
    • Develop governance policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Participate in vendor meetings and platform planning.
