About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid contract position for a Chief of Staff to a Content Centre of Excellence Head located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting with strategic planning, managing special projects, and overseeing daily operations of the centre.

The Chief of Staff will coordinate between internal business units, streamline processes, and provide executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence. Key responsibilities include leading the planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs, managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social).
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Implement Agile workflows for content operations.
  • Maintain editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).
  • Oversee vendors and freelancers, ensuring service level agreements and cost efficiency.
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential: Strategic Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Essential: Strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and process streamlining abilities.
  • Executive Support and report preparation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Preferred: A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
