About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to oversee the management of ART & CULTURE partners' content, ensuring seamless integration and amplification of their digital presence.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with ART & CULTURE partners to acquire, curate, and publish high-quality content.
  • Providing personalized support to partners, including setup and training on the Content Management System.
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving errors in a timely manner.
  • Ongoing communication with partners to ensure project status and progress.
  • Collaborating with Operations Teams to digitize partner collections (optional).
Additional Responsibilities

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Amplifying ART & CULTURE partners' content through various channels.
  • Conducting content audits and writing documentation for editorial and marketing purposes.
  • Supporting physical events to promote ART & CULTURE partners' content.
  • Driving projects forward with effective planning and execution.
