Project Coordinator & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing web projects and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing web project activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of new projects. You will work under the direction of a Project Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to define project scope, manage schedules, and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, ensure content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content with quick turnaround on website changes.
  • Monitor website performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
