We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Jira Support Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical technical support during P1 incidents by troubleshooting logs and resolving project-specific blockers.
- Independently assess and evaluate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
- Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- 3+ years of experience in Atlassian tool administration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
