Job Overview

The Technical Support role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems via phone, email or chat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails and chats from customers with technical issues or questions.
  • Troubleshooting device and networking issues using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We are seeking a multilingual candidate who can communicate effectively in English, Portuguese/Spanish, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a team player, and able to work in a rotational shift environment.
